1. Delete the files you can. Remember, when you delete a file from PST folder, it simply moved to Deleted Items folder and it actually doesn’t free the space. So you should empty this folder for releasing the space.
2. If the files in this folder are important and you can’t delete them, then you have another solution to compress these files. This is an inbuilt tool of MS Outlook.
3. If the resultant file is still big then you can create extra PST folders and can store files into them. You can access more than one PST folder at the same time.
